To make a summary of Antón Ignorant and Víctor Nubla's torrential
careers in just few lines is almost impossible. If we made a brief
revision of their careers, we would talk about Avant Dernières-Pensées,
Audiopeste and Raeo on behalf of Ignorant and about Secreto Metro,
Mimí Piner and Civilización on the one of Nubla. We must not forget
the works they made separately under their own names, and, of course,
Macromassa, the Spanish experimental group par excellence, where
both gathered from 1988 to 1991. Both musicians published, together,
half an LP under the name of Delirio de Dioses, 18-odd minutes of
electronic, polirhythmical and furious improvisation that remains
in our memories as one of the key works of poor quarter's avant-garde
music. 14 years after, Ignorant and Nubla make up together another
team (with a double entry: they also constitute Leónidas with Io
Casino) in a tridimensional and double-headed project which could
be (or not) Delirio de Dioses 2.0. There is a lack of information
about this "reincarnation" at the moment. Nothing is completely
certain with such a pair of "individuals"... except the longing
of transgression and a sense of humour that will never be absent
from their projects.
