Luis Marte is, next to names like Pablo Reche or Jorge Haro, with whom he has worked assiduously, one of the referring ones forced when speaking of the Argentine electronic scene. From his first recordings of 1995 to his last work "Camino" (2004), there is a constant synthesis of elements constructed through a dangerous and personal filter, a sonorous experimentation that goes of the most extreme sounds to approaches to lands near the pop one. Dense layers of ambient dark, space sounds, infinite loops, reiteration, industrial waves...; experimental exploration through structures derived from ambient that, simultaneously, coexist with deliveries of compulsive beat or small passages of electro-pop.
Luis Marte formed in 1993 -next to Pablo Reche- a first group called Fuga Cósmica. A year later begins to record his first work in solitaire and founds the independent label Fuga Records.
During period 1995-97 publishes several cassettes for already in 1988 publishing a first CD, "Sinopsis", with the collaboration of Jorge Haro, Daniel Melero, Santiago Pedroncini, Pablo Reche and Ernesto Romeo. In 1999 creates next to .zigo a new record company of short life, Opcional Records, through which directs the production of the collective album "De Super Acción". Also in this same year he returns to create Fuga Records and publishes a new own CD called "Cambiar". Since then Luis Marte has published some CDs more ("Móvil", "Crear", "Templos", "Voces", "Vuelta", "Camino", etc) in addition to a compilation of his first works: "Tendencia". Marte is responsible for the spectacle multimedia "Fuga Jurásica" and for the cycles of music in the Argentine Museum of Natural Sciences "Bernardino Rivadavia" (Buenos Aires).

"One of the constants of the work of L.M. -generated with modern but never always futurist equipment- is that must great part of his magnetism to the way intuitive in which fuses all his adjustments. However, when he overturns greater attention to the design of sounds, his music is more integral and gains relief -like in Aphex Twin style of ' Vegetal'. " (Jorge Luis Fernández - LOS INROCKUPTIBLES)
